2009 La Guitarra California Festival
LUTHIER/VENDOR INVITATION
The Luthier and vendor exhibits are an ingegral part of La Guitarra California and greatly enhances the festive atmosphere of our festival!
The 2009 Festival will be another “Celebration of Guitar!” as we present 17 internationally acclaimed artists in 14 events! There will be 10 major concerts, 3 Masterclasses, a guitar silent-auction, dozens of Luthier exhibits and the Forderer Collection of Rare and Historic Guitars will be on display. There will also be a free Lecture on the evolution of the modern 6-string guitar using the instruments from the Rare Guitar Collection.
We have made some improvements regarding our Luthiers and Vendors:
We will list your contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number and Website) in our 2009 Festival Souvenir Program. We print 1,800, 48-page, full-color programs which are given to each attendee free of charge as a souvenir of the Festival (ad space is available at a discount to Vendors)
We will also put your contact information on the “2009 Luthiers/Vendors” page on our festival website. Your information will remain on our website forever
We have extended the Saturday breaks between concerts to 45-minutes which will give the attendees additional time to visit the Vendor Fair. And there is a one-hour break on Sunday
There are small "Privacy Rooms" in the Music Department so your clients may experience your instruments in a quiet, private setting
Vendors will receive tickets to all daytime concerts (6 concerts)
The price for a display booth is only $195!
As usual, the Vendors will exhibit all day on Saturday and Sunday.
Space is limited and will go fast so reserve your space and participate in THE premier classical guitar festival for all of 2009!
